Pink Pilates Fundraiser for Tricia Birdwell

Pink Pilates is a fundraiser aimed to gather funds to help support Tricia Birdwell’s fight to beat breast cancer. Four separate Pilates courses will be offered throughout the morning.
9-9:45 am: Introduction to mat Pilates
10-10:45 am: Stretch & Breathwork Restorative Pilates
11:15-12 pm: Mixed Mat Pilates (Beginning-Intermediate)
12:20-1 pm: Stretch & Breathwork Restorative Pilates
Courses are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Tricia Birdwell to help with expenses related to her cancer treatment.
