March Chow Hall Luncheon

The March Chow Hall Luncheon hosted by the Black Hills Military Advisory Coalition will feature special guest Michelle Richart, Defense-State Liaison, focusing on 2024 State Policy Priorities, sharing how the Defense-State Liaison Office works with state policymakers to change laws and policies to improve military family well-being.
