Dakota Choral Union in residence with South Dakota School of Mines & Technology’s University Choir presents Handel’s Messiah Parts II & III on Saturday, April 30, at 7:30 p.m., First Assembly of God Church, 4905 Mt. Rushmore Service Road, Rapid City, SD. The concert, under the direction of Artistic Director Jonathan Nero and Assistant Director Hayes Chohon, also features members of the Black Hills Symphony Orchestra. Admission is $15 at the door, free for children ages 12 and younger and for School of Mines students with school ID. A free-will offering benefits the School of Mines music scholarships program.
