Seven-year-old Jase wanted to drop off a special letter at the post office. His mother Teri Copeland says that the envelope had no address, but instructions for the mailman on it that read,
“Mr. Postman, can you take this to heaven for my dad’s birthday? Thanks.”
Copeland shared a photo of the envelope on Facebook along with a photo of the kind reply letter Jase got from the Royal Mail. It explains that they wanted to let Jase know how they succeeded in getting the letter to his dad in heaven. Some of the letter read,
“was a difficult challenge avoiding stars and other galactic objects on route to heaven.”
The letter also assures Jase that they’ll do everything they can to continue “to ensure delivery to heaven safely.” In his mother’s Facebook post, she explains her son was so emotional that they made it happen for him, knowing his dad had his letter.
