The FGL singer spoke to Big Machine Label about the precious way he and his wife are preparing Olivia for big sister duty and how they’re trying to explain to her about what’s happening. “We just try to talk about him a lot and kind of point out the fact that your baby brother’s in mom’s tummy right now and he’s gonna be out soon, and just kind of talk to her in childlike phrases,” he explained. “We feel like it’s pretty important and hopefully she can kind of know what to expect a little bit. I think she knows what’s going on, so we’ll see how the transition goes.”
Hubbard revealed in June at the iHeartCountry Festival that his son’s name would be Luca and shared the special meaning behind it as well as his middle name. The “Talk You Out Of It” singer also got real about how he’s feeling getting closer to having another baby and that he feels less stressed this time around.
