Parade Dates:

Sunday October 15, 11am-5pm

This parade features 31 beautiful homes to tour, with many styles to choose from and ranging in price from $190,000 to over $700,000. We guarantee there is something for everyone to come out and see!

Parade of Homes tickets are $5 per person. Tickets may be purchased at any of the Parade houses when you start the tour or at the BHHBA office (3121 W. Chicago St.) in advance by calling 605-348-7850. You may visit the homes in any order that is convenient for you. One $5 ticket gains admittance into all of the Parade homes and you can view the homes on Saturday or Sunday.

The Parade of Homes is not just a weekend of open houses, it also allows you the opportunity to speak with knowledgeable and licensed builders in the area. You can also learn about new trends and styles in the building industry, gather ideas for what you would like to implement into your future dream home or current projects, and of course have a great time. Each home on the Parade will have a builder representative on site to answer any questions you might have. The builders enjoy the opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship and talk about how they can help you with your building and remodeling needs.
