Bobby Bones is left-handed and has faced some difficulties from it. He read a story that if parents have a kid that is left-handed, they will make them learn how to be right-handed. He’s faced so many struggles being left-handed that he created a list of the Top 10 reasons.
- Not being able to play a song when people pass a guitar around because it’s usually a right-handed one. And buying a left-handed guitar is more expensive and harder to find.
- Not being able to find a left-handed baseball glove at a regular store.
- Always having Sharpie and pen marks on the back of his hand because it drags across the paper.
- Video game controllers are built for right-handed people.
- People are always blown away that he’s left-handed.
- Cutting with scissors.
- Eating out at a restaurant next to a right-handed person because you’re always bumping their elbows.
- Writing in binders or notebooks because the big clips in the middle get in the way.
- Using a can opener.
- Most watches are designed for right-handed people to wear on their left wrist, which is inconvenient for left-handed people.
Some other points he noted that are harder for him included credit card machines, measuring cups and school desks.
