This is Operations Pets, Inc. first Pet Parade & Costume Contest. All funds raised will go towards spaying and neutering a pet in the community. 10 a.m. registration. Dress up your pet and parade around the Rushmore Mall then walk the cat walk for the judges. $10 registration fee per pet. Enter through corridor #3 between Herbergers and At Home and follow the signs.
