Eddie doesn’t know how he feels about a promotion the company asked him to do called ‘Eat With Eddie.’
The script they sent him said, “Celebrate our favorite Mexican holiday with our favorite Mexican! Eat with Eddie, from The Bobby Bones Show and have margaritas with him.” The promotion was for a contest for 10 people to win a chance to celebrate Cinco De Mayo with Eddie at Casa Rosa on Broadway. Eddie doesn’t know how he feels about it and thinks they are trying to profit from his heritage. Everyone on the show thought it was funny and not racist since it was a promotion for Cinco De Mayo.
Mike D is also Mexican and shared he’d be a little offended by this. Eddie did admit for the right price, he would do whatever they wanted.
